We had the most wonderful experience with this nanny service for my daughters, Poppy and Lucy. Claire was incredible in assisting us and linking us with the most beautiful nanny, Kristina — the match could not have been more perfect. The pre-call with Kristina exceeded every expectation. She took the time to truly understand the girls, their needs, and their personalities, which immediately put us all at ease and showed just how child-focused she is. Kristina’s care was exceptional. Poppy and Lucy woke up so excited and proud, with the biggest smiles on their faces — happy, confident, and completely settled. As a parent, seeing that level of joy and security is everything. It’s such a comfort knowing your children are not only safe, but genuinely nurtured and understood. We felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t be more grateful to Claire for the thoughtful coordination and to Kristina for the beautiful care she provided.
