While each of our educators possess their own unique set of skills – from sleep training to music therapy – all are expertly versed in the delicate art of easing seamlessly into the rhythm of your family’s day-to-day routine.
From busy breakfast and dinner schedules to school drop-offs and pick-ups, afterschool activities, grocery runs, meal preparation and everything in between, your NOAM Family Assistant will be your trusted partner in managing the often-relentless demands of parenting.
NOAM Family Assistants work on a ratio of 1 to up to 4 children (depending on ages). They can be available for morning, afternoon, evening, and all-day routines.
Your NOAM Family Assistant can work alongside you or take care of things in your absence, including overnight supervision when work or life commitments take you out of town.
More than just a babysitter, your NOAM Family Assistant strives to educate, guide, nurture and inspire, enriching your family’s journey while sharing the honour of caring for your child.
Family Assistant Rates
$55/hr
Minimum 4 Hours | $50 Daily Booking Fee
When one or both parents are working full-time in demanding careers or juggling shift work and out-of-town commitments, having the support of a NOAM Family Assistant helps to restore balance.
Our Noam Family Assistants are also a great solution for single parent families and families struggling with the effects of illness or accident. That extra pair of hands ensures everyone’s needs are met in a positive and caring way.

Fully screened, certified and reference checked, our NOAM Family Assistants pass a rigorous interview process before joining our family of educators and training in the NOAM way.
All our NOAM Family Assistants:
- Have minimum of two years’ experience and qualifications relevant to the position.
- Hold a current Blue Card/Working with Children Check.
- Possess current First Aid/CPR Certificates and Public Liability Insurance
- Hold a current Police Check.
- Have an ability to work autonomously and possess a genuine passion for working with children.
- And have been personally assessed on their character and childcare skills, as well as thoroughly reference checked by NOAM Management.
